Life Church approaches every day with a passion to empower the people God brings through the doors of our church to fulfill His plan for their lives. This encompasses every area of a believer's life. As a church, we have confidence in God's people that if we will empower and equip them for ministry, they will expand the plan of God in the lives of the people of this area. This passion is what drives our core ministries - adults, children, & students alike.
Whether you have been around church your entire life or this is your first peek into it, Life Church has something for you. Our hope is that you will take the next step and visit us this Sunday and experience Life for yourself. As you do, you will begin to see that Life Church is more than "church as usual", it is a group of people who love Jesus and are encouraged, equipped and empowered to do His will in their lives and in this area.
Life Church has one Sunday service at 10:00 am. LifeLine (aka Sunday School) is at 9:00 am each Sunday (September-May). During the service, we feature excellent programs for children from 9 months through 6th grade. We recommend you arrive approximately 10 minutes before the service so you won't feel rushed.
Life Church is located just west of Walmart on Highway 210.
What can I expect on my first visit?
From the moment you walk in the door, you'll be made to feel at home. Our greeters will be poised and ready to give directions or answer any questions you may have. If you have children, you'll want to take advantage of our safe and secure children's services designed just for them.
As you enter the sanctuary, our ushers and greeters will welcome you, hand you our information- filled bulletin and direct you to your seat. Then, sit back, relax, and enjoy the service! At some point during the service, Pastor Patrick will ask if we have any guests with us and at that point, if you raise your hand, one of our elders will hand you our Guest Packet which includes a card for you to fill out and turn in to the Information Center located in the Gathering Space.
What is a Sunday service like?
Whether it is your first time at Life Church, or you've been attending for years, you never know what to expect during our service. From the moment you walk in the door, until the moment you leave, we are committed to a creative, compelling, challenging presentation of the truth of Word of God.
Pastor Patrick Herzog communicates in a way that is easy to understand as well as uses great visual illustrations to make his points more clear. He focuses on how to apply the Word of God to our everyday lives, so we each can experience God’s incredible purpose each and every day. The dynamic worship wraps the message in a relevant way to prepare your heart for what God has in store for you.
Life Church is dedicated to providing first-class programs for your children (9 months through 6th grade) during the adult worship service. Please note that children 5 years-6th grade will remain with you until the start of the message when they will be dismissed by Pastor Patrick. The nursery (9 months-4 years) is available for the whole service or you can feel free to bring them to the nursery at any point throughout the morning.
Absolutely! Outside of our LifeLine classes on Sunday morning, OneLife, for 7th - 12th grade students, meets every Wednesday night from 7:00-8:30 pm for games, videos, small group discussions and challenging messages from the Word of God.
