Calling Life Church your home church
means active participation; it means jumping into ministry at Life.
It's not a name on a list so people can say, "I'm a member at
Life Church." It's a group of people tirelessly laboring to
create an experience where people can meet Jesus Christ. We do not
have a formal “membership” process. We do however highly encourage active involvement for those who want to call Life Church
home. We've made active involvement very easy, centered on things
which are objective and measurable.
Growth
Life Church exists to Encourage, Equip,
and Empower people to fulfill their God given destiny. When someone
wants to become a part of Life it means that they will engage in relationship with and invite those who need to be Encouraged, Equipped and/or
Empowered to one of our worship experiences. It means that they will
seek out and develop relationships with people who need a
relationship with Jesus Christ. Life Church will partner with you by
creating engaging worship experiences where the gospel message is
preached and lives are changed and renewed.
Ministry
An essential element of Life is
engaging in relationship with others. If you want to be a part of Life
Church, you can plug into the many different ministries designed to help you and your family fulfill your
God-given destiny.
Giving
Jesus said: "Where your treasure
is, there your heart will be also" (Matthew 6:21). We ask those
who call Life Church their home to invest at least 10% of their
income into God's work at Life. Generosity is one of our core values,
and we desire for the order of God to bring peace, abundance and
purpose to your financial situation.
Gifts
Every person is given gifts to be used
for God's glory and we provide an opportunity for those gifts to
be developed through volunteering at Life. Every volunteer role is
vital to create an experience where people are more likely to hear
from Jesus Christ. The roles of teaching children about Jesus Christ,
setting up for special events and welcoming people at the door are
just as important as the role of the pastor. Without the selfless
servants of Life Church, what we do would not be possible.
